A problem with "problem report and solutions"
I'm having a problem with Vista's Problem Reports and Solutions. It seems that Vista thinks it is offline: it finds the solutions but when I click on "check for solutions" in the Problem Reports and Solutions page a dialogue box tells me that "to view or check for solutions, you must be connected to the internet". It doesn't offer me a chance to connect.

I have this problem as well. Despite being connected the feature always seem to ignore the fact and tell me i'm not connected anyway. I've checked and my firewall isn't blocking it. Some help would be much appreciated.
